About Elisha Beinart, LCSW

As a therapist, I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding the deeper layers of who we are. My work is grounded in a psychodynamic approach, which means I help clients explore how past experiences, early relationships, and unconscious patterns shape present-day thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or surface-level solutions. It is about uncovering the roots of recurring patterns, increasing self-awareness, and building insight that leads to lasting change.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions of identity and meaning. I also work with couples, including those preparing for marriage through premarital counseling, on communication, conflict, and building a strong shared foundation. Together, we will explore not only what is happening in your life, but why, and how your internal world influences the way you experience yourself and others.
